In her own quest to lose 100 pounds, Cheryl kept a food journal and lived by a handy motto: “You bite it, you write it!” By doing so, and by following a sensible plan aligned with her habits and preferences, she lost weight in 10-pound increments.
“I took it 1 day at a time and 1 meal at a time,” she recalls. Today, she helps customers focus on nutrition and the role it plays in helping them meet weight-loss goals. After all, staying healthy is the prize—today, tomorrow and the day after.
